  I don't go to fast food often but when I do I stop at this particular Wendy's because the service is always good.

  All of the food that we ordered which was a chili, bacon cheeseburger, medium Dr pepper, medium Frosty, small hamburger plain and a small fry, was there today. But they left out a free trial bonus of a four count chicken fingers. I guess want people to try the product but if you don't put the product especially if it's free in the bag, how can people try it!?

  Can never get a receipt. Each time I stop and eat i request a receipt at the time of order and always be told it will be in the bag nope.

  They are so rude. These children have no manners which says a lot what’s the point in hiring these children to get you a bad rep ??? I don’t know if this is the new face for Wendy’s but I know ill never come to this location again yall need to make some changes I advise for you district managers to check the cameras because it is very obvious that you are paying them to run away your customers, hold up the counters and be on their phone. No one had any name tags but I just left and I said the last time I wasn’t coming back but tried to give the location another chance and they failed miserably. What happened to customer service being number one, besides the food, bad customer service will actually run away people and make them not want to patronize your establishment so I say to the district managers you need to get on your job and clean house thoroughly because me and my family will never come back to this location.
