  This establishment is the worst In Customer Service. Employees are Unattended and cannot multitask.. I have had two bad experiences with Customer Service. I reached out to the manager and have left two messages for him to call, but he has not returned my calls. I would not buy a smoothie or any other product from this establishment. Establishments need to understand that it is customers who continue to keep their doors open. Some of these establishment, have the attitude that they are doing you a favor by servicing you when we are doing them a favor by patronizing their establishment.

  The girl literally looked at me and my partner when we ordered like we had three heads. Ultimate gen z stare. Nothing up stairs. Awful customer service. Had no coconut but didn’t check when we ordered and after they said something just stared and looked like there was something wrong with us for them being out. Also a girl they knew came in after us as she immediately got a smoothie because they knew her.

  Haven't been there yet but was on the way and then read the reviews. I see several complaints about the same thing with no change so I won't be going there.
