No offer of a refund or a discount, or a free drink or any kind of compensation. Kitchen staff is extremely disorganized, and can't figure out who's getting what orders. Beef tariffs have also increased the prices of all the cheap items on the menu to being over $10, so even that's not worth it anymore.

I went to the counter and Ladarian P greeted me and asked me what could he help with, I explained my wife's sensitivity to tomato seeds, he politely told me that the guacamole also has tomatoes and offered to put it in a side container, just in case my wife still wanted it. His polite manners and eagerness to take care of my order and address any food concerns took me by total surprise. Ladarian P was genuinely helpful and my visit with this restaurant exceeded my expectations. When you visit this restaurant, and if Ladarian P and that team are working, you'll be amazed at how quickly and efficiently they will serve you, even more so if you need to modify your food order.

When I said “thank you” after receiving our food, he just looked at me without responding. That was very rude and unprofessional. It gives off HOOD vibes, especially considering this is a nice area. This location really needs to work on customer service and professionalism.
