  Do a online order at 6:50pm on my subway app. App let's me know my order is ready then I come to the store to pick up my order AND THE STORE IS CLOSED SMDH 🙃. Up this morning trying to get my money back and the store opens up at 9:00am and guess what it's 9:20am and the store is still not open. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

  Just go to another location. I did an online order, came in 30 minutes later and the only employee there was eating his own sub. He started ranting about how he just wanted to eat, with a few cuss words sprinkled in. Mind you this was at 7pm, dinner rush hour. 2 people who came in after me walked out. Then, a family came in and he was cussing about not being able to eat in front of the kids! I just asked him to cancel my order, and he said he didn't know how. He couldn't get in touch with the manager, so now I'm left calling daily to see if I can get a refund. No answer yet. Never seen anything like this in my 34 years on this planet. Possibly the most undignified, unqualified worker I've ever seen. Where is the manager/owner?

  Slow service. The person building sandwiches was alone and stepped away with 6 people in line to wash a couple things which seemed a little mismanaged. Feels like they are pushing you out even 2 hours before closing. Very unhappy with this subway.
