I had mine for delivery and I ordered 50% extra protein and they didn't put it on the sandwiches. 2 ft longs I paid for extra protein and didn't get it. They also had a promotion to apply if you spent over $25 you get a free box of six cookies. Applied that to my order and still didn't get the cookies. Now I'm not really complaining about not getting free cookies, though it's the principle of the matter. But it seems like if you're not there to watch them literally make the order in front of your eyes, they will rip you off in a heartbeat.

The order itself is never once right and they always forget to add something or make the sandwich totally different than what I ordered. I ordered roast beef, white bread, extra mayo and pickles. Simple right? apparently not. They gave me flimsy and gross looking roast beef, lettuce, olives, no mayo, whole wheat bread, and provolone cheese. Nowhere near what i asked for. And dont even get me started on every other time we've gotten food there. THIS time just happened to be the worst.
