  Well I walked in and ordered, I wanted a meat lovers pizza with pineapple on it and the young black gentleman was cool as hell and he hooked me up with exactly what I ordered and did it in a timely manner and I had to tipp this gentleman he was helpful and nice to me and the pizza was off the chain thank you and I will come again yo

  The manager Devin and the other lady on shift on the night of January 8 was remarkable ❤️❤️ food was good and hot ,also so patient and polite.

  I ordered the bogo free the driver arrives with one pizza .....i explain to the driver so he tries to even call .....no answer so i end up calling the store and the Manager says well we cant make anything right....had to call corporate just to leave a review so the main issue i had was this was NOT a medium or a large pizza i just spent almost $19.00 for A SMALL 10" PIZZA !!!!!!! was not impressed by the quality as well ...I advise you to find a different location or a pizza place!!! Will not be wasting my money with this papa johns any longer !!!!!!!!

  Worst Papa John's Experience Ever – Unacceptable Customer Service (10/1/2025)** If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this Papa John's location on 10/1/2025 was by far the worst I've ever had with any food establishment. I called to address an issue with my order, and the manager who answered (a woman working that evening) was incredibly unprofessional. Everyone can have a bad day, but when you're in a management position, there's a basic level of professionalism that is expected. Instead of apologizing or helping resolve the issue calmly, she simply said, *"I'll send it back out,"* and then abruptly hung up on me. No confirmation, no follow-up, no explanation—just hung up. I called back hoping to speak with someone else, and a male employee answered. When I asked for the general manager's contact info or a corporate number, he told me *"We can't give that out"* and said I could *"come in during the morning."* Completely unhelpful and dismissive. At this point, I wasn’t even comfortable eating the replacement pizza. Who wants to eat something that came from a place where the staff sounds mad and is hanging up on customers? That’s not how you handle food service—or any kind of service. The manager on duty that night clearly needs retraining at the very least, if not to be removed entirely. If Papa John’s cares at all about its brand or customer loyalty, they should take this seriously. Look at the comparison of the pizza? Size and everything.

  Terrible experience. I ordered delivery online and my pizza never showed up. No one called or emailed me, and when I tried to call the store several times to figure out where my pizza was (I had already paid), no one answered the phone, and I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Will never order from here again.
