- DCDana ColemanJul 11, 20254.0The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did experience a slight issue with my order that I normally wud have given a 1 star for but earlier I was able to speak to the manager Clay at around 12pm and he was AWESOME AND AMAZING! He did his job and did it well. He correcting the situation and made me feel like he really cared and also that customers are valued and it was the best experience I’ve had with papa John’s and I really want to say thank u so very much for being so kind and I will continue buying my pizza from there especially knowing that there are still kind and efficient ppl in this world. If he didn’t care , his job was to make me feel like he did and if this was a test— he MORE THAN ACED IT! Ty papa John for hiring Him💛💛💛💛🧡🧡🧡❤️❤️❤️ !! Thank u Mr. Clay on Tom Hill (I hope I said it correctly lol)
