  2 thumbs down! The hostess & ?manager? were so rude to a family with 6 well behaved children tonight. As soon as they walked in the door, they acted like they didn't want to seatthem. The server then acted like they didn't want to serve them. The family ended up having their feelings hurt and leaving after not receiving proper service, very icky. Our waiter sat in the back with his friend all night and completely ignored his tables. Food was burnt.

  The Alice springs chicken was DRY, the broccoli was old, the salad provided had old pieces of lettuce and the croutons were stale. Very disappointing. It was a take out meal but will not come back. If this was my first time eating here I’d wouldn’t ever return.

  I just went to the outback off of Arkwright Road, walked in (only me) asked to set in the bar area in a booth and was told no booths were available. When I ask why because there was only 5 people in there(it’s 5 o’clock) 2 in one booth and two singles in two other booths and one at the bar. There were booths open everywhere. I was told they did have anyone working that area. Really that’s the excuse. Sorry but you lost a sell because of it there was employees standing around so someone could have do it the person waiting on the 5 others could have handled it no problem. But if that’s how you want to run your business then so be it. I doubt I will be back.

  Great place for our anniversary. The waiter "Noah" was awesome and very friendly and professional. Ask for Noah's seating When you go.

  My wife and I have been here before and never been disappointed. This time around we decided to try something new and felt the same as before about Outback. A solid steakhouse to grab some decent flavored steaks! The lighting is always nice and the service was fast. For food we both ordered the 15oz Delmonico Ribeye, she got baked potato soup and mashed potatoes. My sides were fries and the Tasmanian Chili. The steaks were both cooked to the temp we asked for (medium) and they both were flavored really well. They advertise the Delmonico as having exceptional marbling. This being said, my steak was not very tender. I had to chew a little bit each piece before I could swallow. My wife on the other hand , thought her steak was tender. For our sides, her soup was tasty and flavorful and my chili was flavorful as well. The chili was supposed to be a little spicy but I personally did not notice any kick. My fries were seasoned well and her mashed potatoes were ok. Overall, we will always comeback to this location and I definitely suggest coming here.
