It is genuinely astounding I try not to leave (bad) reviews because I have worked service before for years and I know what it’s like, but she’s not just bad or slow she’s actively mean. Came in one day with around 3 other people in the dine in section and watched her actually yell at two other guest over the simplest of questions and then I approached very apprehensive because I had one as well and knew what was coming. This lady spoke to me with such a lack of respect it’s seriously hard to convey. I can only imagine she has a job here becuase of here availability and NOT because of the quality of her work. Second time I came in I watched her yell at another customer over essentially nothing and the customer said “please just calm down” and then she turned her back and made fun of said customer. WHY IS SHE WORKING THE FRONT IF SHE CLEARLY HATES PEOPLE. The back of house employees were helping her out and were all way more pleasant. You’ve lost a reoccurring customer here I will drive out of my way to avoid her and I’m certain you’ve lost plenty more already. Considering the strategic location just off the exit of 75 and gray highway im certain this place has lost more buisness due to this lady then the benefit of her work.
