Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a plain mcchicken and a 6 piece. In that 30 minutes, I watched 2 cars just leave the drive thru because they waited too long. After I FINALLY got my food, after 30 minutes remember, my 6 piece nugget had 5 nuggets in it, and the mcchicken bun was hard. Fire everyone immediately and replace the staff with ai, paying a group of lazy people to do nothing is not working.

I used the kiosk to place my order. As I waited, I noticed other customers arrive and receive their food. After 30 minutes passed I asked one of the employees about my milkshake. A woman who I assumed was the manager told me matter-of-factly, "No shakes. Our ice cream machine is down." This is a statement well known to all McDonalds customers. I might not have been so disappointed if I hadn't been lead to believe I was actually going to get a milk shake this time. It seems the restaurant could have let me know sooner than 30 mins that this was the case. Ordering at the kiosk there could have been notice when you order ice cream such as "Sorry, item unavailable" Or, a low tech solution could be a post it note at the kiosk with the same information. The manager tried to be helpful by suggesting a frozen drink. It didn't suit me and I believe it didn't cost as much as the milk shake, which I had already paid for.

We have been traveling all day and showed up in the drive thru at 11:38 only to be told we are closed. Google says otherwise. We asked don't you close at midnight and all they did is repeat themselves and had no explanation on why they were closed 20 mins early. I get we were close to closing time but the lack of response to us was very rude.

Drove to the drive thru on a Friday night just looking to get some coffee. Two cars ahead of me and only one of the two ordering lanes were open. Waited about 10 mins to finally get to the ordering intercom. The employee greeted me, asked if I was using the mobile app.....and when I said no, she immediately said they were closed because her manage JUST told her. Current time was 11.45pm exactly. Amazing.
