  Love the location, service great even with a fleet of cars in the street. Wish they participated in the free donuts for report cards, so if you were excited about your child’s grades here isn’t the place.

  They put these good looking donuts online in ads and they never have them. Never. I don’t even think they make them at this point

  I really hate that the Krspy Kreme on Gray Highway had to be the one to leave. At that location, there was a friendly staff, interior access and satisfactory products. Unfortunately, Macon now only has this one Krispy Kreme and subpar is an understatement. This location, for whatever reason, is drive thru only. Which is an inconvenience I could overlook except the staff there are so out of synch with one another. A gentleman takes your order but at the window, the young lady has to reconfirm the order. But even then, they get the assortment wrong and are unable to correct because they're out of a certain option. I live out of town but when I come down to visit family, I used to grab 1 dozen original and 1 dozen assorted to share with family. But the last time is truly the last time. It's one thing for them to get your order wrong but yet another for them to make it feel as if it was the customer's fault. I'm normally a very gracious and forgiving person but after soooo many failed experiences with the drive-thru from hell, I have to say, wholeheartedly they can shut this Krispy Kreme down to and there would be soo little care from me. I'm sorry this review is so long and so negative but my last experience last month came to mind and all the disdain resurfaced. I pray they get their act together but it won't be for me to experience again. Lost customer for life. Be better please.

  The staff at this location is horrible. And it’s the same boy Everytime. You pull up to the window he says . “Go ahead with your order” he threw the box of donuts I ordered up to the cashier he came out to look at me with the most nastiest sassy look. Everything is horrible about this location. I live 3 minutes away but I will literally drive to Warner Robins before I spend my money at this dump. This place has gone so far downhill I don’t know who’s running it but they need new management and staff.
