- KKKristinaDec 20, 20252.0I have been to Johnny's many times over the years and never had a bad experience. Today when we went in we sat down, and just a few seconds later someone came to our table to get our drink order. We received our drinks pretty quickly and were told our waitress would be with us in a minute. We sat there for about 20 minutes and no one ever came. It was around 2 oclock and they weren't even busy. There were maybe 4 tables including ours that had people at them. I even made eye contact with the two waitresses and still, nothing. We ended up just leaving and no one seemed to care even as we were walking out the door. Very disapointed. We have always loved Johnny's but it will be a while before we try them again, if ever. I gave 4 stars for food because it is always good, even though we never got any on this visit.

During my first visit, I placed a pickup order, and the servers, along with what seemed to be the manager, walked past me several times. I had to ask who was handling my order to get service. The manager said he thought I had been taken care of, that’s an odd of assumption being that he didn’t even take the time to speak or acknowledge me, unlike he did everyone else at the bar. A week later, I placed another pickup order. There were three of us. The young lady asked each of us what we wanted, then proceeded to get the last person’s order out of the warmers before coming back for mine. She told me she had to make two salads that had been placed to order an hour before. I made sure to give them extra time this time, considering their lack of urgency during my previous visit. I've been living in the area for over 15 years and have been a customer of this establishment for the same amount of time. I've never had experiences or food like this before, especially not back-to-back.

We went there for lunch with friends and wanted to be able to talk to one another without shouting and asking each other to repeat what they just said. Sadly, even after asking them to lower the volume, that was not possible. NOBODY says I’d really like to eat at “X” but their music is too low. A lot of people I know say we don’t go to “X” because their music is too loud! Wake up restaurant owners/managers!!!
