I ORDERED A CARAMEL MACCHIATO — SHOULD HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC, SHOULD HAVE BEEN LUXURIOUS, BUT INSTEAD IT TASTED BURNT, LIKE THEY LEFT IT ON THE SUN FOR A WEEK. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NOBODY MAKES COFFEE THIS BAD, BELIEVE ME. I’VE HAD COFFEE ALL OVER THE WORLD, THE GREATEST COFFEE, AND THIS WAS NOT IT. TOTAL DISASTER. VERY DISAPPOINTING. SAD! 🇺🇸

The managers should really make adjustments to their staff. This is extremely unacceptable. I will no longer be returning.
