I ordered a cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee, and when I asked if they could warm up the cinnamon roll, the employee said no. When I inquired about warming up sandwiches, the employee referred to me as "girl" by saying, "Girl thats what I said" over the intercom, which was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I drove out of the drive thru and while attempting to park, i see a young lady walking around the counter and outside. The employee actually came out and confronted me verbally, as if ready for an altercation. I then went inside to speak to the manager, and the employee's behavior remained unprofessional and disappointing while calling the manager on the phone with a disposition as if her behavior would be condoned by the manager. I hope this feedback helps improve their service, but I will never be going back again.

Shocked, I asked “why?” … She replied that the Owner is buying everyone’s order today. Pleasantly surprised, I said “wow, really”? She responded, “yes, that’s just the kind of owner we have” :) I just want to take a moment today and Thank this owner publicly. If I had a larger platform I would share this there too. Business don’t perform kind gestures like this .. at least not anymore & you are appreciated. Wishing this location continued success, you’re a true gem for the thoughtfulness and giving back to your patrons & community…it means more to some of us than you’ll ever know.
