One employee on her break was conducting a loud and hostile phone call in the lobby where drama was playing out loud for all to hear creating an unpleasant environment. Employees behind the counter were loud and also creating an uncomfortable and awkward environment. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s plain to see that they don’t want to wait on customers. I’m sorry that my presence is inconvenient to the staff… I really feel they don’t deserve ANY stars. 👎👎👎
