I had a mobile order for a Latte with butter pecan swirl, but I received essentially hot milk with no ingredients. I used to like this particular store and would alternate with the Starbucks next door, but these staff members seems unable to run the store without supervision. I suggest the Starbucks next door instead. I suggest you rethink your staff if you want to keep your customers.

- SKSandino KashJan 9, 20261.0terrible customer service , no smiles , no greeting , by far the worst experience ive had getting food , upon my arrival , i was just stared at then when asked if i did something wrong some big eyed lady tried to argue with me about her not wanting to greet me or smile like she wasnt their to work, on top of that while receiving my change from my order the other lady with gold braids-locs threw my change in my hand. and my food wasnt even fresh , i didnt go back because i feared id have to fight to get my money back or something would be done to my food. this was 1/09/2026 at 10:21 am will never return to this location again !!!!!!!!
