  Ordered a blizzard and pretzel sticks, blizzard was good but pretzel sticks took near 20 minutes. When I got them they were cold to the touch, and looked like and tasted like someone pleasured themself onto them.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen - 3076 Bass Rd on February 17th around 9:20 PM. I waited in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes with no response at the intercom. There was no greeting or acknowledgment at all, and several cars were stuck waiting. I finally had to pull up to the window, where the employee was rude when I asked if their headset was working. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they rushed me and my friend to order. The whole situation felt disorganized and very unprofessional. I just wanted to see some improvement at this location and grab a quick snack before they fully closed, but it turned into a frustrating experience. Based on this visit, I would recommend going to Dairy Queen - 4685 Forsyth Rd instead, where the service has been much better. This location seriously needs improvement in customer service and communication.

  Ordered a blizzard, a shake, and pretzels. Sat at the drive-thru window with our items sitting on the counter for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Completely unacceptable.

  Went to this location TWICE this month. First time we had to keep moving backwards and forwards at speaker just to get someone to talk to us. When they took our order for ONE item we sat in line for 10 minutes before any car in front moved. We ended up leaving the line. The second time someone told us to us to pull forward without taking our order and again... sat in line forever. And while at the window the lady never acknowledged us and was leaning across the counter with her back towards us. Ended up leaving and went to chick-fil-a across the street to get our milkshakes instead. Chickfila was fast, friendly and had a human existence of cutomer service and delicious milkshakes. Either the owners of this dairy queen do not care or everyone working there is just lazy. I'll go with both.

  Frustrated ! Drive through audio was horrible! They need to fix it! Ordered 2 blizzards and neither was correct! Phone number on reciept doesn't never pickup to complain to manager! When you spend 15 bucks for 2 blizzards and it takes forever to manage the drive through and then still get it wrong then.... might as well got some ice-cream at publix and skipped the madness
