As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

On Sept. 3rd, Thursday morning around 2:45 am, after picking my wife up from Savannah HH Airport, we were on our way back home & wifey wanted Krystal's, so where we were at at the time happened to be closest to Grey Hwy. in Macon & the website for Krystal's said they were open 24 hours. We went there & the indoor lights were on alongside their drive thru lights on & all so we pulled up. Waited for a bit until they shut their drive thru lights off, so we drove up to the drive thru window confused & a person that was a bit further back from the drive thru window was looking weird so we stared in hoping to catch his attention. He eventually looked at us & we were looking like "why aren't y'all open?", but he gestured like they were closed. We drove away disappointed talking to each other saying "but the website said 24 hours & it's weird why they shut their lights off while we were waiting & denied being open"... Wifey said, "Well you like Checkers let's see if they're open", so I drove over to this location on Pio Nono & it was only 5 minutes till closing, but we got to the drive thru & they served us as readily & nicely as we were their 1st customer, even though we were their last right at closing. Highly recommended & shout out to their team that morning at closing for their great service!! Even though there was a homeless dude that came out of nowhere looking for a handout, they kept it cordial & cool with attention to our service.
