Ok I am a Carrabba’s Fan, but not every trip here is a great occurrence. Today my visit paled in comparison to what I typically expect. The bar area was cold, very cold at 4:45 pm. Even the top of the bar was quite cold. After finding a place to sit as there were no patrons, I looked over the new items. I noticed a new Sea Bass dish called something other than Sea Bass. Had to Google the type of fish to figure out what the Carrabba’s dish actually was. I also tried the new side of the large cheese ravioli at a slight up charge. Always get the House Creamy dressing, but this time it was weak on taste. Didn’t resemble the authentic used to one. Fish came, impressive look but a bit dry. Had to lemon it up to get it moist. The ravioli were a disappointment as the cream inside the ravioli wasn’t quite right. I would say nothing about the new raviolis are worth trying. The entire meal was average at best. Not sure if it was the kitchen, the timing of day, or that the new dishes aren’t refined yet. I tried something new and struck out on my two new choices. Hope management may read this as food preparation can have a lot to do with taste.
I had the pleasure of being served by Amia tonight, and she was absolutely outstanding. She greeted us with genuine warmth, checked on us at the perfect times, and made sure everything we ordered was just right. You can tell she cares about her guests!!!! her energy is positive, her professionalism stands out, and she made our dining experience feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re coming to Carrabba’s, ask for Amia. She truly goes above and beyond!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the host at this restaurant really ruined the experience from the start. The woman wearing a green cardigan was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet us when we walked in, just gave us an annoyed look and acted like we were bothering her by asking for a table. Her tone was short and dismissive, and her attitude made the whole situation uncomfortable. A host sets the tone for the entire visit, and she completely failed to do that. Very disappointing service — definitely not somewhere I’d recommend based on that first impression.
We had a reservation at 7:15 PM but wasn’t seated until 7:30 PM. We ordered our appetizer right after sitting down, yet it was not served until 8:42 PM, more than an hour later.
Our main dishes were ordered around 7:45, but the food didn’t come out as of 8:35 PM. By that time, my family was too tired, my daughter was falling asleep, and hungry to wait any longer, so I politely asked for the meals to be packed to-go. Even then, nothing was ready by 8:47 PM, so we decided to leave without eating. We just left after an hour and a half waiting for food.
To be fair, our server was kind and apologetic, and even suggested speaking to the manager. However, it was clear the manager was already overwhelmed, and I didn’t want to make things harder for the staff.
Overall, this was an unacceptably long and disorganized dining experience. We came expecting a relaxing dinner and left frustrated and hungry. Hopefully management addresses these issues so other guests don’t have the same experience.
