- AAAnthony A6 days ago1.0Biggest issue is the presentation of my Ice Coffee this morning… the young lady wrapped in my receipt and some napkins to cover up the spilled coffee all over the lid and side of cup… No apologies, just handed to me as if it was a perfect cup.. I understand it’s rush time but attention to detail should somewhat be a priority. Nobody wants to clean that up before enjoying it. Perfect example as to why 7 Brew, Red Owl and other chains are taking your customers. Do better. But wait there’s more: Get to work to see my egg and cheese bagel burnt… What a horrible start to a morning. Thanks DD

Several DoorDash orders have been unsatisfactory the inability to get ahold of someone at the location makes the concern even more uncanny, burnt bagels and/or bacon, original bagels given when raisin ordered. Constant on going issues makes wanting to even order coffee unpleasant.

Had too much cream or something in it. I poured it out when we got home and it was super thick. I truly like Dunkin Donuts but was disappointed in the quality of the coffee tonight.

When the employees took over Tom Hill location and refused to serve me, I had to find another store to get my frozen espressos. This is the place! The second shift crew are SO kind and the coffee is right every time. I never noticed how poorly the drinks were being made at other locations until I frequented the Forsyth Rd. store. It is always clean and the staff is exceptional…. Without a doubt my favorite Dunkin location. ⚡️
