  Ordered a Butter Pecan iced coffee with sugar and cream. Literally tasted like burnt coffee water! No flavor whatsoever.

  Great service and friendly staff. Got a black coffee and crosant bacon egg and cheese. Better than I thought it would be. Although their black coffee is subpar. But the meal deal was to good too pass

  I've been going to this location for years despite poor past experiences. I ordered a hot coffee. It was luke warm. I asked the girl if she would heat it up. She replied "No". Rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service from this location again. Won't return to this location again.

  I’m a nurse across the street and I come in here frequently and the last couple times it’s been a horrendous smell and it’s very bad I went to the bathroom to see and it wasn’t that then one day this light girl was VERY rude I told her my sandwich was not right she snatched the bag and told the other worker that she wasn’t remaking it like this is not how you treat someone that comes in and spend there hard work money and the manager was to busy yelling at her employee about I don’t know what but this was a very hostile environment and today was my last day coming back to this Dunkin

  So I asked for a Matcha sweetened with stevia ...1st young lady said they don't have that -then she said they have packets. I told her noone ever gave me packets before so she said we don't have stevia I reminded her she just said they have packets so I took the packets explained I have allergies ...I will NOT go back she was rude with no concern for food allergies 😤
