- JDJulieAnn Dixon2 days ago1.0The girl working the drive through at 2:00PM today 4/26/26 needs better training and costumer service skills. She had no idea what any of the items we ordered was and was very rude (forgot to turn her mic off and said “oh my god” when we kept ordering items). She seemed very incompetent and actually made us and at least 2 other cars behind us leave the drive through. If I could give 0 stars, I would.. this place has gone downhill over the past year. If you want good service and food, go just a few minutes down the road to the Bass Rd Dunkin.

I had a mobile order for a Latte with butter pecan swirl, but I received essentially hot milk with no ingredients. I used to like this particular store and would alternate with the Starbucks next door, but these staff members seems unable to run the store without supervision. I suggest the Starbucks next door instead. I suggest you rethink your staff if you want to keep your customers.
