- CMChris Musselwhite1 day ago1.0Went and bought a large caramel sundae and paid for extra caramel. They lady at the window only put a few drizzles of caramel on the sundae. Then wanted to catch an attitude with me that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. So, I paid for extra caramel and didn't get it. Just an attitude instead.
- SSSG5 days ago2.0This place is great if you like your blizzards warm and your food cold. Oh, and it’s great if you have some time to kill and want to spend 30 minutes in line. The kids that work there are kind. I blame management. Not enough workers either. The kids seem like they have no guidance at all.

Also the health score that’s sitting right at an 80 is kind of concerning … . Update we’ve been sitting at the window for 10+ mins now …. None of them had gloves or hairnets they were running around yelling about “ walking out “ . After sitting at the window and in line an hour they came to the window hollering “ what is your order “ ?? I pray yall get this restaurant in order !!!

In a place of business can’t provide what I ask for, they act like they don’t care. The sweet employees tonight were so kind about letting me know that they were out Of the things I had ordered. They made sure I got alternatives. Normally, if a restaurant doesn’t have stock of the food, I’m less likely to return. But their kindness towards me has me willing to return for sure!
