They also weren’t wearing name tags so i can’t say what their names are which I don’t think is normal. I saw 2 other customers complaining to each other as I was walking in too.

I guess maybe I'm spoiled coming from the west coast, but this was the most tasteless bowl I've ever eaten. Corporate direly needs to come in and retrain the franchise holder. Starting with the chips, tasteless, unsalted, almost bordering on stale, yet the bag had just been placed at the counter. . definitely not made the same as West coast. The clerk gave me salad dressing with the chips. Pinto beans tasteless, chicken more than tasteless. Asked for light sour cream and they covered the whole thing. Onion was cut in a way that all the rings remained connected in a clump, and the peppers were more chunks than strips. I do have to shout out to the crew at the counter. They were engaged with the customers, excellent customer service other than way too much sour cream.

There was no one in line and I went to go order two bowls and after those two BOWLS the lady was already shortened me on the rice I had to ask for more rice then after that and while the lady was making my bowls, she was very rude and the rice was hard, uncooked, the chicken it wasn't enough I've been eating chipotle for 10+ years and this the worst bowl I had in my life. Do not come here if u don't want ur food hard and disgusting. MACON GA.
