  I ordered through the app and was very disappointed. I clicked on the promo for free cheesesteaks with my order. When I go through the drive-through to pick up my order, I’m told that I did not order any cheese sticks, even though I clearly hit the button. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it and I should’ve known how to order properly. I was just told I can go through the app for any further complaints or customer service. When I told the manager that I was just put a review on Google, I was told that she could tell her area manager to banned me from all 12 locations. All three employees kept saying there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t do the right order method. It shouldn’t be that complicated to order a sandwich. Even if the error falls on me, I don’t think that is the proper way to deal with a guest in your store.

  🥤♥️🥤♥️🥤♥️🥤♥️ The Jamoca shake is, without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute best milkshake that has ever been created. 👍 Make sure you use your coupons and get 2 🎟️ so you don't have to share with your kiddo!♥️😊 This location is always so friendly! 🤗

  This is now my "home" Arby's, and I am thankful it is close by. It is relatively easy to get in and out of but the parking pavement getting in needs repairs. I usually eat Arby's about once a month and stick with the classic meals... I wish Arby's corporate would quit doing crazy stuff with the menu and stick with roast beef and some chicken only! Lol
