  They gave me COLD coffee in a hot holding cup on 02/26/26 as if i'm stupid even had the nerve to wrap the cup with a napkin as if the coffe was hot 🙄 and when I tasted it a second after driving off it was cold! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE especially when I ordered a Large HOT coffee. Very disappointed in them as much as I spend here daily for coffee. I ended up having to stop at a gas station to use there microwave to warm up the coffee I literally just bought from here because I had an appointment and didnt't have time to go back here and wait for a coffee let alone argue with them about it. Also, sometimes the workers and some managers can be very rude here arguing with you about your order. Other than that other workers are pretty respectful I don't know what was up this particular day and I couldn't get my breakfast i ordered and had already paid for in the app because I arrived 6-7 minutes after 10:30am. Once an order is paid for that order should still be able to be made because it was ordered before 10:30am. Instead I was told "we'll you were suppose to be here before 10:30 so you will have to reorder!" Instead of saying I apologize but breakfast is only sold until 10:30am and because it is now 10:36am we can nolonger fulfill that order" Do you see the difference of how the message should've been delivered because the original response is was given was confusing to me because I didn't even realize it was past 10:30am at the time. There is a way to say things respectfully and clearly for a customer to understand. I was refunded but wasn't able to get the coffee because the money did not immediately go back to the card the manager who chimed in explained what the worker was trying to tell me but she too seemed to have an attitude. She gave me my coffee anyways but they gave it to me COLD in a Hot beverage holding cup and argued with me about the coffee being a $1 for any size coffee in the app because her app on her phone said $1 for a small which is not what was on my app when I ordered my coffee for $1 any size and then my big pancake breakfast on my app I couldn't receive. I believe they gave me that cold coffee on purpose. Absolutely Unacceptable and unprofessional they knew that coffee they gave me wasn't hot and tried to play me with the napkin around it as if it were hot. 😡🙄

  This location needs to be shut down immediately. The morning crew is ok but still slow. The afternoon crew is also ok but after 5 forget. Very poor management and customer service. I order a the $5 value meal and I would have thought I order a smash burger. Bread was old and meat was over cooked or reheated. They never put the sauce that comes with the nuggets and there is always a manager outside smoking but never wash his hands when going back in and he goes straight to fixing food.
