- SSSawyer StoneFeb 21, 20261.0Ordered on the app. When it said my food was ready, I came to the store- where again I noticed the screen on the wall said my order was ready. There was no other customers in there. No other orders to be prepared. Yet, when I walked in- the two employees looked shocked that I was there to pick up my food. “Oh, it’s not ready. Give us 10 minutes.” Really? What were you doing for the last 17 minutes? Why does the screen say “ready”? So, I wait for my food only for them to reach and pull the pan out early so they could give it to me quickly- resulting in an undercooked pizza. Then I see 2 more employees emerging from the back. So 4 employees are there and cannot manage to handle a SINGLE order? Are you serious? I have NEVER seen such incompetence in my life. And I will NEVER return this location that’s managed about as well as my niece’s lemonade stand.
