Love that 7 brew is so much closer now! Great atmosphere and I got a free drink already and I can’t wait to use it , the sweet girl, Taliyah I think was so nice she helped me pick out the flavor I wanted, I didn’t even know you guys served rocky road shakes until she pointed it out! 10/10 I’m definitely coming back!!
The music is a bit loud I would ask that it be turned down a little bit
I've been to this place twice and it's twice too many. Ordered a cookie butter coffee the first time. Got cookies and cream. Ordered a Rocky Road milkshake this time and got a chocolate milkshake w a glacier sized ice cube in it for some reason. The employees take forever to get your order because they have no idea what the menu is. It might be the first time some of them have even made coffee. Avoid this one and venture 5 min further to the other Mableton venue.
I was excited for this location to open because it is closer than the Mableton location for me. This place is extremely unorganized. The young lady who initially took my order was the only positive part of this experience. While sitting in line after ordering I witnessed them bring the wrong drinks to the wrong cars. It is very unsanitary to hand drinks to people then take them back and pass them out to someone else. This happened multiple times. When finally getting to the window, there was confusion with the staff, as they had multiple drinks sitting in front of them but couldn't tell what was what. Their solution, asking us to taste drinks to see if they are ours or not. This is a dangerous game to play with people who may have allergies. My first drink was correct, the 2nd that they assured me was mine, was not. I had to waste my time going through the drive thru a 2nd time to get it corrected. I had someone come up to my window twice asking about payment for the replacement drink. Why would I pay for another drink when the original is going in the trash. Once I got to the front and mentioned at the window that something was wrong and I needed a drink fixed, I was then met with passivie aggressive attitudes and people yelling to make sure they took the other drink back (which I already tried to give back initially when replacing the order at the start of the drive thru). This time the order was missing the customizations. We just took it and left because I was already over it at this point. Unfortunately I will just have to continue to drive to the other location.
Came here and ordered to drinks with my mom. A Chocolate coconut milkshake with Whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, and a iced Blondie. The Iced blondie had no flavor and was heavily milked down. They got multiple drinks wrong including ours, made multiple drinks and mixed them all up, went around telling customers to taste each drink instead of staying organized which is a huge safety hazard. Gave us one wrong drink took it back and gave it to another customer. Got my drink wrong again which contained cinnamon & caramel (I can't have cinnamon or caramel and got stick afterwards) and tried to make us repay for the milkshake after going back through the line for a replacement. Finally got the right flavor milkshake and it's missing the chocolate and Whipped cream. Never again
I was really excited when 7 Brew opened near my house and couldn’t wait to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown.
First, the music was blasting so loud that the person taking my order could barely hear me while standing at my car window. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then she kept getting the order wrong. It honestly felt like she wasn’t properly trained, which is surprising for a brand new location.
On top of that, the physical menus were not working. We were told to scan a QR code to see the menu, which is already inconvenient in a drive thru setting. Even worse, there were no prices listed. Not showing prices is unacceptable. Customers should know what they are paying before they order.
For one of the drinks, I asked for sugar free, which is clearly mentioned on their menu. The staff seemed confused and kept responding with “do you mean decaf?” Sugar free and decaf are completely different. That exchange alone made it clear there was a lack of product knowledge and training.
The second drink was a medium cold brew, which came out to $8, already steep for a basic cold brew. To make it worse, they wanted to charge an additional $1 just for no ice. Charging extra to remove ice feels unreasonable and excessive.
With how chaotic everything felt, we honestly figured they would probably mess up our drinks anyway. Between the loud music, ordering confusion, broken menus, unclear pricing, and lack of product knowledge, we decided not to risk it. We left and went to Dunkin down the street instead.
The only positive part of the visit was that the staff, especially the girls working the window, were genuinely nice and polite. They seemed friendly and were trying despite the disorganization.
If they do not fix the music volume, properly train employees, make menus functional with visible pricing, and ensure staff understand their own products, I do not see how this location will stay in business past next year. I really wanted to support a new spot in the neighborhood, but right now this place needs serious improvement.
