  It’s always something at this 7 Brew. The service has never been as bad as it was tonight, and I’ve gone at busier times. It took over 30 minutes to get three drinks and they still managed to mess it up. You would think you’d at least get a sincere apology for the long wait. The drinks are not worth dealing with the high schoolers running the place.

  I stopped by 7 Brew Coffee in Austell, Georgia, and I’m so glad I did. This spot is fully drive-through only, but the experience is anything but rushed. The staff is incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy, which makes the whole visit feel welcoming from the moment you pull up. I ordered the Cinnamon Roll Latte, and it was absolutely delicious—sweet, warm, and full of that cozy cinnamon flavor. Their menu is huge, with tons of customizable options, so there’s truly something for everyone. Even with the long line, service moved quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for great coffee, fast service, and the happiest team around, 7 Brew Coffee Austell is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their drinks!

  This was my first time as I have been waiting for line to be too crazy. Firstly the coffee is great, but my experience not so much. I pull up and that’s where it went left. Apparently the lady in front of me was VERY chatty. This is fine, however when it turns into 20min after you have received your drink then it’s a problem. The staff however thought this was the place to catchup and chat and versus serving and keeping the line moving. They got DH’s order wrong. It was black cover with cream and sugar. My order was a Blondie, half sweet with almond milk. It was excellent which makes this suck even more. My DH had to tell one of the staff to ask the customer to move up so we could get out. The whole experience left me not wanting to return. It sucks as it really close to my house and I would definitely be a regular.

  I really enjoyed coming here when they first opened and I met a lot of really nice employees there. HOWEVER I hadn’t come in for a while and the last two times I’ve been here the service has been horrible. I’m not sure why the girls outside have such bad attitudes when all one of them is doing is taking my order on an ipad and the other one just stands in the shade and hands drinks out. It’s kind of laughable how rude they are considering the circumstances, the girl outside with the accent taking my order waved her hand at me to hurry up taking my order when I literally didn’t understand what modification she was referring to on the drink and the drive thru line was empty?? As someone who has worked in many customer service roles at many different places, it’s your responsibility to address your own menu and at least explain the options when you’re rushing a customer about their order LMAO. Anyways I won’t be returning ever. 7 Brew, do better about your hiring or at least your training.

  This is my 2nd experience at 7 Brew; both at this location and an epic fail. First visit was last week. My daughter has a milk allergy and I am severely intolerant. While they were making the drinks, which were supposed to be make with coconut milk, I asked the person serving the drinks to ensure it was coconut. She tells the one making the drinks and the girl dumps out the drinks because they were definitely made wrong. Instead of the same person make the drinks again, knowing the previous error, she instead walks away and another girl makes them. After pulling off and trying the coffee I was certain it was not coconut milk and told my daughter. At this point, she had drank half the cup. We were both extremely sick that evening and she developed a rash which confirmed it was milk. TODAY; an hour ago, I ordered drinks and told the young gentleman what happened the last time and he assured me they would use coconut milk. He also advised I can see the carton (white with blue) to confirm the right type was used. It was made correctly but this time the coconut milk is rancid! Tastes like spoiled rotten cheese and vomit. I am beyond frustrated after spending well over $25 on 2 visits for drinks and not enjoy either time. Daughter wants me to go back and have them remake but I am too disgusted and discouraged at this point for a third try. 2 more drinks down the drain.
