  The service here is always great. But recently the coffee chiller drink hasn’t been blended well. The liquid separates from the crushed ice, so you end up drinking the liquid first and being left with mostly ice. The drink is now less enjoyable and feels like a waste a of money. I hope this can be addressed.

  After hearing all the hype and buzz around town about this place I was excited to try it. Considering they have such a large menu, I figured I would ask the cashier taking my order what their preference was, but this only seemed to confuse the employee or annoy them I’m not sure. It wasn’t busy necessarily so I’m not sure what prompted this response - I’m in a similar industry and being able to make recommendations and sell is part of the job. Not just being an order taker. Now onto the drink, it just tasted like a “better” tasting dunkin imo. The flavor was just masked by how sweet it was if you know what I mean. For $6 and some change for a pretty good size medium though it’s not bad - I can definitely see the appeal for those who are just starting to drink coffee and want it sweet. All in all I would return if it was convenient, but with the amount of true local coffee shops, or even Starbucks I would prefer to go to those 🤷🏼‍♂️

  Wow!! This was an EXPERIENCE! I pulled in, music is JUMPING, lights are BLUE! Im feeling the 7BREW!!! I pull up, and RICARDO is there is to take my order. I immediately knew I was in safe hands. I felt cared for. As RICARDO assisted me in navigating the menu, I felt apart of something. All of us coffee lovers coming together. When I was handed my FOUR drinks for only SEVENTEEN DOLLARS, i began SALIVATING!! That first sip feeling as the handcrafted brew hit my tongue was UNREAL. Would definitely reccomend. I LOVE 7BREW!!

  *This review is for the 7 Brew on East-West Connector location ONLY* Let’s start with the SERVICE. I pulled into one of the two lanes that were open. No cones in the drive thru to indicate otherwise. When I pulled into the second lane I was immediately met by a young lady advising me that I need to pull back around because that particular lane was closed and I needed to be in the lane closet to the building. I politely declined and asked a very sensible question. “How is one to know that the lane is closed and there is nothing to indicate so?” I was met with a look of utter confusion. Again I asked “Why are you telling me the customer to get out of line, drive back around the building due to no fault of my own, because you failed to put a cone in the lane you wanted closed, I’m not moving.” I asked to speak with a Shift manager because I wasn’t understanding the back and forth. They went ahead and served me in the lane that I was in because I was absolutely right and the request was outlandish. My second complaint about this location is when I ordered a medium energy drink light ice. My drink came up to almost $10 I asked the guy “how I just was here a couple days ago and the drink was almost $7 so how did it go from $7-$10?” LISTEN TO THIS ABHORRENT RESPONSE. The guy who took my order said “We have new management. If you request anything other than light ice for your drink we have to upcharge you because you are still getting the same amount of drink rather you get regular ice or light ice.” I typically order my energy drinks and specifically ask for about 10 cubes of ice. It has never been a problem before. I had to repeat back to him what he said to me cause it didn’t make sense and I wanted to make SURE what I heard is he said to me. I said “So you are telling me that if I request light ice or 10 big ice cubes you are charging me more?” His response was “Yes.” He stated that the previous owner didn’t care but the new owner does. I stated “It’s not about the product, I just don’t want my drink diluted down from all the melted ice.” I ordered a medium energy drink and told them that since it’s an issue give me a cup of ice and I’ll add the ice to my drink myself. When I saw my medium energy drink it literally was half full. I’m assuming because that’s how much ice they were going to use in my drink. I respectfully pulled off, livid, went back to the street to their other new location and got my drink made EXACTLY how I wanted it. STARBUCKS, Dunkin, Scooters and Caribou coffee would NEVER UPCHARGE a customer for light ice or no ice in their beverage. In all my years of coffee drinking this is an absolute first. I hope the new owner reads this review. This is why Starbucks is always ahead due to them cultivating an atmosphere where the customer is always satisfied and if they aren’t they will make a way to make it right each and every time.

  I love love love this location, my drinks are always spot on!! I am leaving a 4 star review only because i often visit this location at night, and the baristas at that time are super friendly and cooperative and super efficient. These past few times i have visited 7 brew has been around the morning time, the staff members are rude and super slow at placing my order. Not once did this happen but twice with seperate crew members each time in the morning/afternoon. The staff members did not greet me, nor did the confirm my order before placing it, and cut me off each time i tried adding an additional item into my drink. I don’t know if i got unlucky each time i’ve went in the morning or this is how the crew operates. But each time i was greeted (not even greeted tbh) with a crew member that was super grumpy and dismissing!! No complaints about the baristas! They kill it each time. Just the morning shirt crew members working to place the orders!
