  I ordered 2 items and they got both of them wrong. Egg white grill no cheese and there is cheese everywhere, I guess it’s good that it was poorly made and the good bit of the cheese is on the wrapper. I also ordered a Sunjoy with lemonade and unsweet tea with the strawberry hibiscus flavor and what I got was sweet tea with strawberry hibiscus flavor. I tried to call the store, but nobody answers, instead it sends you to the Chick-fil-A hotline that was not open. I can’t believe work and take it back so I’m stuck with food and drink it. I won’t eat or drink. I will certainly not return to this Chick-fil-A location. It’s sad how bad the quality and service has gone down.

  Didn't go inside. Drive thru line was slow as ever. Not to bad until I gave the young lady with the knot less braids my cash money. My total was 24. 51. Cool, I gave her a 20 and a 10 dollar bill. I was rushing wasn't paying attention because I got an emergency call while in line. She put in the register that I gave only 25 bucks. Which I knew was a lie because that's all the cash I had on me at the time and my daughter was in the car with me and saw what I gave the young lady. The young lady only gave me back 0.49 cents. I will definitely be calling back tomorrow morning once they open. It's the principal of it all, because if she did this to me then how many others has she done this to? Is she pocketing the extra? Is the drawer over?? Questions? Hopefully they will resolve the this

  My girlfriend and I live .9 miles down the street from this location, and were excited about having a Chick-fil-A so conveniently close. Unfortunately, to date, this location has been a coin toss in the speed of service, food quality, and order accuracy. We usually spend about $23-$28, and do drive thru since we're so close by. The crew here is notorious for getting drink and food orders wrong, leaving out requested food items, and being very heavy-handed in salting the fries. Sometimes the fries are also half full of crumbly pieces fit for the trash can, or are served relatively cold. We patronize this location at least once a week, and find these issues to be getting worse instead of better. Maybe a shakeup in coaching or management is needed, as their performance is clearly sub-standard.

  I usually stop here almost every morning and normally have a good experience, but today was very disappointing. Since the line was longer than usual, I ordered through the mobile app expecting a quicker pickup, but I still waited over 20 minutes. The mobile lane is never open, so you still have to sit in the regular line, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, my hash browns were mostly broken into pieces. Definitely not the experience I expect from Chick-fil-A.

  Please reopen the drive-thru line for online ordering in the mornings or hire more staff to handle the morning flow. It’s unacceptable to have placed my order 10 minutes earlier before leaving my home and still had to wait in the long lines for people placing and paying for their order. Other locations near my job have the drive-thru line open in the mornings that are much faster, my food would be hotter, but I choose to support my community Chick-fil-A instead. Please get this right or I will bypass this location for years to come on my way to work.
