  I love 7brew, but I have to be honest….this location doesn’t compare to the one right down the road on East West Connector. The drinks are notably different in taste and I say this after giving them 3 chances all spread out since opening. The staff is also not comparable in speed. I have sat in line for 20-30 mins for drinks each visit.

  Are there any adults working here? It gets worse and worse each visit. They don’t know what drink we ordered. Wait 20+ mins with no car in front of us while they bring us everyone else’s drink except ours. Maybe write the vehicle when you take the order so you’re not so disorganized. Turn the music down so your order takers can hear. Management lacking horribly.

  The staff and manager at 7 Brew on Anderson Mill Rd. are truly the best. Their espresso machine wasn’t working properly this morning, which caused a delay and made me late for work, but they went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciated how hard they worked to compensate for the wait and make sure I received drink after leaving to go to work. Excellent customer service!

  We were excited to try this new coffee spot - but were disappointed in the lack of service. A young man took our order and seemed a little confused on what we were wanting (I mean….with no menu, it is confusing!) but we told him that we were sorry if it was confusing. Only later to hear a girl at pick up window say “who labeled this order as “irritated”??” Kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth before even tasting the coffee. We waited for about 15 minutes for our two drinks. Probably won’t come back- and regret that we even left a tip. The girls making the drinks seemed nice and the coffee was good! Just not a fan of the rudeness.

  I regret coming to this 7 brew. The service was terrible. The girl with the tablet got every car around us and skipped us until last. Then she leaned the tablet towards herself during the top screen in an aggressive way. We only tipped because the people inside didn’t have to pay for her weirdness. But then the girl who served our drinks was sooo slow. She served us our drink for our toddler and it was dripping. Didn’t even wipe it. And when we said it was dripping she walked with no intention to help and no rush to bring us napkins. Then the manager asked if everything was okay cus she could see the disgust in my face and she started play fighting with the employee about giving better service in her establishment. Overall the vibe was NOT it. I’d rather stick to the establishment in east west connector. Pic of my TODDLERS cup… Oh and we had to beg for straws.
