  I went to DQ today to get lunch for my nephew’s and I and the service was horrible. I don’t know who the man was but my husband asked him a simple question about one of the drinks we ordered and instead of being polite and answering the question he slammed the window door in my husbands face and walked away rolling his eyes. We ordered a chicken tenders box and a shrimp box. The man didn’t know which order was what and didn’t know which lemonade was what. He also gave us a tea that was the wrong size and had no ice. When we asked for ice he took it back rolling his eyes again and handing us a new drink with tea all over the cup. Then slammed the window doors in our face again. If I could give 0 stars I would because that was awful service and we won’t be going back.

  Normally pretty good but today I went in DT to get a cone and there was a fly in it I wasn’t able to turn back around I tried to call no answer.

  After ordering I was told the total would be $10.24. I had a $10 gift card and produced 24 cents in change. When I got to the window I was told it would be 25 cents. I informed the gentleman at the window that the total should either be rounded or not. I was then told that it would depend on whether I was paying cash or card as they would not round for a card since there was a penny shortage. Remind you, I PAID EXACTLY WHAT THE TOTAL WAS. I paid the 25 cents but not before letting him know that the total needs to be rounded no matter the payment. Of course my food was handed to me with an attitude as if I was the one being difficult one. The store needs to use common sense during this penny crisis.

  I went to this Dairy Queen tonight for a couple blizzards. Worse experience I’ve ever had. While ordering my ice cream in the drive- thru the employee (Allison) clearly had an attitude. When I arrived at the window after sitting in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes I paid and received my blizzards. My blizzards clearly were made as I ordered it because when they were handed to me they were clearly melted. With my last blizzard the employee did the flip test. It literally poured out of the cup onto the concrete. The employee stated and I quote “ that didn’t happen” then proceeded to hang me the cup covered in melted ice cream. When I asked for a napkin the attitude came back. She handed me a napkin and slammed the shutter doors closed and walked away.

  We only had ice creams so not much to say. The tall guy did a great job.
