- CDChristy DunbarJul 31, 20251.0On 7/31/2025 I place an online order for delivery. Once the order was delivered, one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store location #4114 Tara Blvd and spoke with the manager/AM (Khalil) he never apologized for the inconvenience instead he placed me on an eternal hold. I called back 2 times and the same thing happened. My husband and I went to the store to return the pizza and get the correct one and he totally ignored us. After trying to communicate with him he finally said the pizza was in the oven and should be out soon. Once out it was still incorrect. We ordered extra pepperoni. He came over to the box counted the pepperoni closed it and put a few in a silver tin back in the oven. Once ready his assistant (Twin) came over and tried to put them in the box without gloves. I asked him about it and he went and got tongs to place the extra pepperoni on the pizza. This was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior for a AM/Manager. So disappointed. Never apologized or offered a better solution to our issue. Why place an online order for delivery if I had to come and pick it up. They charged a service fee for delivery and we still came to the store, waited 30minutes for the pepperoni pizza to complete baking and then another 15 minutes for them to make extra Pepperoni. So disappointed. Until they get more help or better management we will not be going here again. I suggest you all do the same especially if you don’t want to be disappointed as we were.
