And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
To start off, the young lady in the front who goes by Jorden was very accommodating! Very great customer service on her end!! The tall man African-American man with dreads was amazing. After my groups dine-in, he threw away our trash even though we were going to do it ourselves. Now as for the food…. They messed up the burger 2x. We ordered 2 sweet and spicy bacon burgers and upon opening them the bread itself looked hard and dry and they completely forgot to add the sweet and spicy sauce in the burger! Ofc, they ended up just giving the sauce in a small container and we added them in ourselves. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to request something that should already be in my burger and add it in myself CONSIDERING that I bought that same burger just dayss before this and it was just right. Consistency must be worked on.

This is amazing!! The customer service people were so friendly and greeted me immediately upon pulling up into their drive thru. When I got the window a manager named Ty came up to me and offered a sample of their new banana pudding shake and I couldn’t resist!! Let’s just say I drove with a banana pudding shake for everyone in the car. I can’t wait to see the great things this store is about to do!!

Every single whataburger sucks! I have never been to one that gave me the right order! Went today ordered a burger with no pickles and they covered it with pickles between buford snellville and now loganville im done! I own a business in Loganville i will definitely post a do not eat Whataburger in Loganville sign in my office. Its so sad its the kids they hire! They is zero management and they just dont care what you orse they give you what they what you to eat! As a business owner if in stop one or 2 people from wasting there money with Whataburger ive done my job! Do not eat here unless you want their staff to choose what you eat! Snellville is the exact same way! Its sad when you first open and people are excited to get a good lunch and boom! They give you the wrong order you paid your hars earned money for! McDonald's amd Burger will roast this company based on giving you WHAT YOU ORDERED! AND OAID MONEY FOR!

Bacon Steakhouse Double Burger. Absolutely delicious. Appealing to the eye. The flavor with all of the items that were put together on the burger was scrumptious. I am a hamburger guy and this steakhouse double burger was well worth the price that I paid. I believe that it’s important for all of the items on the hamburger to be placed on the bun in order and not sloppily made. The meat, the cheese, and all of the other items and condiments on this burger made it very good to the taste. I was full when I finished my meal. I also had an order of onion rings and a medium Dr Pepper to go along with my bacon steakhouse double burger. And I am full. If you don’t have a big appetite when you order this, I would suggest getting the junior size burger. I was very happy when Whataburger opened in Loganville five minutes from my house. The girl that took my order, Gabrielle, was very nice, sweet and professional. I only know her name because it was on my receipt. Kudos to those in the kitchen.

I’ve been to the Monroe location and got better service there than I did at the Loganville. I’ve ordered here 4 times and here’s what I have to say.
They’re forgetful, so check your bags. My thing is like if you took 2 weeks to train people you need to prepare them for rushes because that happens when a new place opens up.
I got a pancake platter and there was no syrup. It says it comes with it on the menu.
Another was I asked for two things and only got one and when I looked at the receipt they didn’t even ring it up.
I placed an order today and I was like oh they forgot my drink, and went back. I go back and double check my bag, it’s the wrong order. They apparently gave me someone else’s while the correct order was in the kitchen.
Like already doing that and you just opened?? Then there mobile ordering isn’t available because they want to give themselves a break since they just opened, but now I’m having to keep all my receipts to add my points in the app. When you do that you have to wait 24 hrs each time so it’s just annoying.
