  Stop by to get food, I ordered a big bacon classic, ask for tomatoes, onions, mayo, no onions, a dap of mayo, not even spread, fries cold.

  Professional Wendy’s Review (Drive‑Thru Experience – March 12, ~2:30 PM) On March 12 at approximately 2:30 PM, I went through the drive‑thru and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There were no cars in front of me or behind me, yet the individual taking orders at the speaker was noticeably rude and rushed for no apparent reason. As I began placing my order and customizing meals for my children, he repeatedly spoke over me and did not allow me to finish my sentences. At one point, I asked if he heard what I said, and his response was, “Yeah, is that it,” in a dismissive tone. I also heard laughter in the background during the interaction, which made the situation feel unprofessional. When I pulled up to the window, the same individual was wearing a blue, green, and white patterned shirt—not the standard Wendy’s uniform—so I am unsure if he was a manager or in another role. There was also a younger girl beside him and another person I could not see clearly. They were laughing and talking loudly among themselves while handing me my drinks without care or attention, including not being mindful about possible spills. Overall, the service felt careless and disrespectful, and I left unsure why I was treated that way. I hope this feedback reaches management or corporate so the issue can be addressed. I value good customer service, and I would like to feel comfortable returning to this location in the future.
