Do NOT eat at this subway, if you live near this subway, please take the extra 5 min drive down to a different subway. The food made me sick, they heated my chicken sub but it was COLD still when i ate it right after i bought it. The place is always filthy, the same day I got this sub, I had walked into the restroom and the floor was covered in poop. The restroom smelled AWFUL and it was disgusting. PLEASE take your business elsewhere.

This is my favorite Subway restaurant because the ingredients are always fresh, the store is very clean and my order is always perfect regardless of if it’s made in person or online. The service is excellent too! Best Subway in the area.

I normally don’t even eat Subway, but I had a craving for a sandwich and decided to stop at this location. Unfortunately the experience showed exactly what happens when a franchise is poorly managed.
When I walked in, one younger employee barely acknowledged me and had zero customer service skills. The only person who actually acted professional was the older woman who greeted me and made my sandwich. She was polite and seemed like the only one there trying to do her job properly.
The real problem started at checkout. I scanned my rewards code from the app exactly the way it tells you to redeem it at the register. Instead of checking the system or helping, the manager/owner immediately said I couldn’t use it. When I explained that the reward literally says to scan it at the register, she became argumentative instead of simply verifying it.
What should have been a 10‑second checkout turned into unnecessary back‑and‑forth. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager/owner started talking under her breath and making comments while the other employee kept chiming in. At that point it felt less like customer service and more like they were trying to push a customer out the door over a couple dollars.
When the person running the place acts like that, it tells you everything you need to know about how the location is managed. The only bright spot was the older employee who made the sandwich — she was the only one acting professional the entire time.
Corporate might want to take a closer look at how this franchise is being run, because this location clearly does not represent the standard customers expect from Subway. Until management learns how to treat customers respectfully and honor their own rewards system, I’d strongly recommend people consider going to another location.
