  They have 100 people working in the kitchen… no people in the drive thru, and they still makes you almost 20 minutes at the parking lote… they are making 1 lady and 1 boy walking back and forth because the a lot of people working inside at the window wanna do nothing

  I ordered for pickup, after arriving I waited 15 minutes with no cars when I arrived. When my food was brought out I was missing all my drinks, fries, and cookie tote! I went inside and received my fries and drinks, I stated I still didn't receive my cookies. The whole time the person at the drive through was looking at me. While irritated and waiting for the cookies, the manager walks to the register to help an employee. She had no smile! No customer service! But had the worst look and attitude as a person in management position. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else!! The food was cold! French fries were old! Drinks were watered down from waiting! It took 30 minutes from the time arrived till the time I got ALL MY FOOD and left!!! If it wasn't for my son wanting the food I would never be there!! This McDonald's has always been the worst! Out of many othersm

  Started order at drive thru was told to hold on. Waited 5 minutes, asked if I could finish my order and had no answer. Drive around employee on cell phone. Never did get my food. Hope the phone call was important because customers are not.

  Iyana is absolutely amazing, I went to McDonald’s tonight and I must say the overall service was horrible but this young lady was great. She did everything she could to assist the customers and try to quickly retrieve our orders, she was polite and attentive. Thank you Iyana (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) you deserve much recognition!!!

  I placed a mobile order here along with an additional order of 1 item on the kiosk. No one asked what I was waiting on until about 10 minutes of standing there. Then I got a medium iced caramel latte which was 2/3 filled and half of that was ice. I see why the line was not long.
