Got an important call from a patient while I was pulling up that I needed to take. I inform that staff that I was looking over the menu. A few minutes afterwards, two staff members came out and said that I needed to drive around. I informed them that no one was behind me, and I was ready to order. The food was cold! I asked for "a lot of ketchup" and the man told me that I would need to come inside for that. I then asked how many could I have without coming inside. He gave me 2 packs for my large fry with the BIGGEST ATTITUDE ever. I was very nice and polite the entire time. The woman taking my payment had an attitude, but it was not as terrible as the man that handed me my COLD food and the TWO ketchup packets. While the location is convenient, I doubt that I will return here any time soon. This service was THE WORST EVER!!! The owner really needs to take into account these reviews that I am seeing. It appears that this service is a constant issue. Avoid this location when at all possible.

You pull up to the drive-thru and complete silence. Waited there 4 minutes and complete silence. No kind of greeting at all!! It's not until I said "Hello" that someone came on and said "Go ahead" No kind of welcome greeting....NOTHING!! The fries were cold and the burger was not fresh!! I will never and I mean never eat here again!! I feel bad for cheating on Chick-Fil-A because their customer service skills is above the best!! Hire people who care and get rid of these worthless employees who are miserable at what they do!! Eat here at your own risk....The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I wish I could give a negative star rating!!

I purchased a side of cheese sauce I received a cup of brunt slop I threw my entire order in the trash it looked disgusting I didn't feel like returning it the person at the window had the nastiest attitude I visited the location on 8-13 at about 8:30 DO BETTER!!! I also ordered a Strawberry Lemonade there was a hint of lemonade and the rest was water!
