As former employee, I expect better customer service from this establishment compared to what I received tonight. I also asked for mild sauce and only got a small amount of ONLY hot sauces? Not sure how that happened. Would love to be treated better here and receive correct food after a long shift. Well we stood there for well over 10 minutes before somebody acknowledged us because there was no way to check in and then they lost our order so we were there for 45 minutes before I got any food, not offered a drink, not offered a coupon for next time, nothing. All I had ordered was a box of tacos and one supreme locos taco. There should be a way to check in if kiosks are going to be utilized over personnel. I understand that it was a busy Friday night but it clearly was assumed I was waiting for a mobile order versus being asked if I needed help initially. Mind you the staff was nice and I could forgive the initial wait, but the moment it was realized that my order had gotten lost in the computer and I had been standing there (with low blood sugar) for over 30 minutes at that point, we should have been offered something more than a short "sorry".
