  My mom and I was looking for a late night craving and we decided to stop by this Taco Bell on the way home. The lady at the intercom clearly did not have any customer service skills. She was short and sounded annoyed. We asked about the drinks and flavor profile and she had no clue. We asked for Hot sauce and was given Mild sauce (after checking in the bag). We noticed the bag was barely hot. We ordered the Taco Supreme meal and the Taco Pizza. The food was not hot nor was it fresh. We were so disappointed considering we don't eat from Taco Bell ever. Cost: $20+

  My favorite Taco Bell to go to in the area. Kind employees, and quick service. Would recommend

  55 minutes total to get a $32 order. I asked after 30 minutes and was told they were checking on it multiple times. Then I asked a 3rd time after 40 minutes and was told they gave it to someone else. I was watching the whole time so this did not happen. I asked the first guy and he said they did not give it to anyone else. Even after all that it was another 10 minutes. 55 minutes, no apology. I dont know if it ever would have come if I didn't keep asking g as apparently they marked it complete and kept forgetting to check. Very disorganized, people got orders out of order. Would never go back to this location. Would give zero stars for service if I could. Even after I got the food, items were missing and they seemd bothered that I wanted the items in paid for.

  Sat in drive thru for an HOUR. I couldn’t pull out because of the way that the drive-through was designed, and my child was screaming in the back because of how long we had sat in the drive-thru. Ridiculous…..
