  My favorite subway to go to out of all of them. Right around the corner from my house, great associates, and fresh delicious food

  This was the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. The food was completely unacceptable the bread was molded, and the products were clearly outdated. It’s unsanitary and unsafe to serve food in that condition. This location needs to be inspected by the health department immediately.

  Just had to wait 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Sandwiches that were ordered on the way to the restaurant so even longer than that. The excuse was "we got a rush"....I watched multiple other customers enter, get served, and leave. Never at any point was there more than one other customer in the store, all of whom were served before us. My wife asked multiple times where our order was and was told multiple "it's next", and MULTIPLE times other orders were made ahead of ours. Finally after waiting FOURTY MINUTES I had to go in to handle the situation. This would be bad for an actual restaurant but for a fast food sandwich this is RIDICULOUS and just unacceptable.

  New owners making this place the way it should have always been! Amazing sandwiches and they accept all coupons which is a huge plus!

  The customer service was horrible. Lady with thick glasses no name tag on so don’t know her name stood and talked on the phone the whole time while I’m ordering my food, was not listening to anything I was saying for my order cause she’s talking on the phone. The customer service these days make me stay home and cook.
