  I went to this Sonic last weekend, ordered and paid for my food, and then waited for my order. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes I had still not received my order and I pressed the button for assistance. After I had been there for over an hour with no response or food, I finally left. I have no receipt because I ordered and paid from my car and nobody ever came. I wasted an hour of my time, never received my food, and got to pay almost $30 for the experience. Very disappointed.

  Showed up at sonic my grandfather is on oxygen so we are time sensitive waited 20 minutes no one took my order it would have been 5 star if someone took my order and I got food so that is the reason for a 1 star

  The service here is absolutely terrible. Have tried the drive thru at lunch several times and the wait is ridiculous. There wont be anyone in line and it still takes forever and the lady working the drive thru is not pleasant at all!!!

  I ordered a big order. when my food came out I said that was fast the lady said that because the cook is mad. I got home and the chilli on the coney was nasty and could not eat the other food looked like it's been sitting and not fresh.
