    I skipped other D&D that are closer to come to this location because the food is ALWAYS fresh and they’re fast/efficient - they’re even faster than the Chick-fil-A across the street even on a Saturday morning. Worth the drive! I know I can make a pit stop here even if I’m in a hurry.

    I went inside to ask about the pink Dunkin' bags that Dunkin' has been giving out at their locations and the man at the register rudely insisted that they did not have them. He then turned and went off to do something else. I had planned to get something, but since he was so rude I drove down to Caribou and got a coffee there where I was treated politely.

    Every weekend, the seating area inside the restaurant is very cold. I went to the the counter to ask if the management would turn the heat on. The young lady I asked acted like she was afraid to ask the manager. The manager told the employee "No" they would not turn on the heat. If all you want is to have your customers quickly come and go, maybe you should just close the inside and do drive through only.

    Ordered bacon and a stuffed bagel. He gave me bacon that was burnt to black. I smelled it before he gave me the bag. He knew burnt and the bagel was still frozen in the middle. Food is too expensive and times are too hard to treat people like objects. You know better do the right thing especially when customers keep your business successful.
