The people who work here are rude and incompetent. This location needs new management and new employees, or be permanently shut down.

Never been treated so poorly by a service representative as we were today here. The app made a mistake or the staff did. But either way rudeness is rarely acceptable from a customer service agent! If someone is being rude to you, you have the right to be equally rude! But to be rude to someone who appreciates what you do and go through is insane. I’ve ordered here several times but will drive farther to get better service. Would NOT recommend this location!

All the condiments were in the bag and when I got to my car I checked the food and it was all still warm and it tasted amazing as well. Despite the negative reviews, if I am in the area, I will definitely order from here again! 10/10.
