Let me first say that the food is what you would expect from a Bojangles. Good and tasty. The staff was fine as well. The low rating came from manager. I'm not sure what was going on but it's a very bad look to the customers when the kitchen is struggling and you as a manager are sitting in the dinning area running your mouth while orders are talk hella long to get out. I can't say if she was on break or what but what I do know is that she was talking with her family the entire time while them folks were struggling in the kitchen. Then I herd her say she had two no-call no-shows for the day. I wonder why.... again I'm not dinging the workers. They did they job but the manager....yeah someone might want to have a talk with her about that. Other than that it was fine.

Kids moves at a snails pace. Two of them will stare at the screen, not move, for 30 seconds. Grab some fries, then stare, grad a biscuit, then stare. I've been in the line for 30 minutes. I would have left if I hadn't already paid.

I had family visiting, so I decided to get breakfast biscuits for everyone. Knowing how busy this Bojangles location gets in the mornings, I placed my order online to avoid a long wait. When I arrived, the young lady at the register was friendly and confirmed that my order was being prepared, so I stepped aside. After a few minutes, another employee began calling out orders and handing bags to customers. When she noticed me waiting, she asked for the name on my order, which I gave. She said she was bagging it and asked if I wanted the bag sealed I said no. As she reached out to hand me my order, she suddenly pulled it back, asked my name again, and told me she couldn’t give it to me unless I named an item or showed proof of purchase. I showed her my receipt, and she apologized, saying it was “nothing against me” and that “there are cameras watching.” No other customers were asked to verify their orders. The situation felt very discriminatory and embarrassing. I didn’t drive there to steal breakfast. I’m extremely disappointed in how I was treated.

Five stars, no hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the service was on point—friendly greeting, quick line, and an accurate order without me repeating a thing. The chicken was exactly what you hope for at Bojangles: crispy, well-seasoned breading with juicy meat inside, still steaming hot when it hit the table. The seasoned fries were golden and addictive—crunch on the outside, fluffy in the middle, lightly salty with that Bojangles kick (I couldn’t stop “just one more”ing them). And the Bo Sauce deserves its own shout-out: creamy, tangy, a little peppery with a hint of sweetness. It doesn’t just sit there—it upgrades every bite. Dip the tenders, swirl the fries, then go back for the chicken; it ties the whole meal together. Dining area was clean, staff checked on guests, and the pace in the drive-thru looked efficient while I ate. Price was fair for the portion size, and everything tasted fresh rather than heat-lamps-and-hope. Pro tip: ask for an extra Bo Sauce—you’ll use it. Bottom line: great service, standout chicken, crave-worthy fries, and that Bo Sauce finishing move. This Bojangles just earned a permanent spot on my go-to list.
