Always out of several donuts as well as staple ice cream flavors (chocolate/vanilla/mint chocolate chip). If you visit in the last hour of the day and ask for a milkshake, they will tell you that the mixer isn't working (basically that they don't want to make shakes and/or have to clean the machine again). If you ask for donuts, they're out of everything. There have been several times that the door is locked with an hour+ left before closing. You then have to go through the drive-thru which is slow. You can ask them why the door is locked and they will tell you that there isn't enough staff (yet you can see 3 or 4 workers inside). I have been there and have seen management disciplining workers in front of customers. During busy times you think management would help out with the customer flow, they rarely do. They'd rather bark orders from the back. As far as product inventory...c'mon. I can see being out of something here and there but not consistently each time we visit. Get it together. If you're going to be open until a specific time, provide the items/services until closing.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
