  Ashley at the drive thru was really sweet and full of good energy i asked her about a item i wasn’t sure about and she recommended me it and it was really good if anyone gets to go to this chick fil a and Ashley helps you, you guys would be more than satisfied with how she treats her customers literally the best chick fil a worker i have ever came across

  I hate to leave a negative review, but this location has consistently had poor service. I’ve been multiple times now, and each experience has been disappointing. The first time, an employee brought our food out and slammed the tray down on our table, we hadn’t even interacted with her at all beforehand. The second time, I ordered takeout and didn’t realize until I got home that the order was wrong. There were also no straws for the drinks and it was missing the sauces I ordered with it. Customer service both times was rude, which is not what you expect from Chick-fil-A. This location seems to have gone downhill, especially after the remodel.

  This is the most mis managed Chick Fil A I have ever experienced. 25 minutes in the drive thru Sat morning 04/04/26 to then be given my pre online order that they left 4 chicken biscuits out. After speaking with Rubi "The Manager" NOT he has no clue as to what establishment he works for let alone how to manage a situation. After my complaint he wouldn't even come back and deal with the problem. After arriving "LATE" to work I find all the biscuits have egg whites on them that i didn't order. This is the 3rd time in the last 30 days my orders have been incomplete and/or wrong. Edgar Brush the owner and Andrew Green the GM have no idea how to serve our community the real Chick Fil A way. I am a signature member with currently 7,143 points so I frequent Chick Fil A a lot. Their prices are high because they give exceptional products with perfect service. Not at this Chick Fil A. If I could give negative stars it would be -10. This location was great before the building remodel. Guess they forgot to remodel their customer service model. They could take training from Zack Price in Centerville, They do it the right Chick Fil A way.

  These last couple of times I’ve came here it’s been disappointing. My husband and I went for dinner and both our sandwiches were made wrong. No sauces were in the bag (I didn’t think to check it’s CFA) we ordered coke and cherry coke and definitely got two Dr peppers. It just sucks to get home and your food was made wrong and now the restaurant is closed. I’m hoping to get some type of contaxt in regard to this. And will be calling tomorrow. It’s too expensive to pay for modified sandwiches and not get them! Also one of our sandwiches was the new jalapeño ranch and we had NO a jalapeños on the sandwhich and the jalapeño ranch wasn’t in the bag

  I did a drive through order, and I want to take the time to acknowledge the young man with an ecstatic personality who acknowledged and warmly greeted me as I drove up by my name. He did what he could to ensure I was waiting comfortably. He gave me my drink first as I waited for my food to be completed. Small acts of kindness go a long way, and I appreciate the consideration. It made my drive through experience very pleasant! The food was great, other than the fries which were a bit salty. This location does a phenomenal job overall, sometimes a hit or miss depending on the staffing that day. I visit this location a couple times throughout each week, I can say the interior is always clean and well kept.
