  This was my first time visiting this drive-thru, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I was initially acknowledged at the speaker and asked to wait, which was completely understandable. However, I ended up waiting about five minutes just to place my order, followed by another 15-minute wait for the food to be prepared. This was on a weekday when the restaurant was not busy at all, which made the delay even more frustrating. When my order was finally handed to me—a three-tender meal—there was no apology or acknowledgment of the long wait, nor was anything offered to make up for the inconvenience. What was supposed to be a quick stop for a snack turned into an unnecessary waste of time. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders were dry, and the fries were so overly salty that they were inedible. Overall, this was a terrible first experience, and based on both the service and food quality, I will not be returning.

  I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years every day! Today this happened and I will never go back Don’t go to Bojangles in Loganville unless you want to be screamed at by the GM, Michelle and told to get out and she wasn’t taking any more orders !! This video started about 30 seconds after she started screaming!! I feel really bad for the customers and new hires that got the brunt of her meltdown!!! I’ve been coming to this location for more than 20 years, on the daily and I’ve never witnessed such poor customer service in all my life, by this general manager!!! Loganville Bojangles you need to fix this ASAP!! I have video documentation as well!!!

  The meal was ok My fries were over cooked. The staff was good and I didn’t have any issues with getting the fries replaced
