- JJJacob Jarvis6 days ago1.0Waited for 30 minutes for my food. The order didn’t go through for some reason. Workers saw me waiting at a table with no other customers in the building. If I didn't have my receipt I doubt they would have done anything. Didn’t compensate me for the wait. Really disappointed with the service. Especially waiting a total of 45 minutes for the food when it really should have been 20 minutes at most since there wasn’t anybody else there.

Not only very patient with my indecisive buddy .Dream was very helpful , polite , and wearing a big smile the whole time. AND she got the order right and out quickly. Love that positive attitude and beautiful smile Dream !! Thank you

- KGK GuzmanMar 24, 20261.0Roaches I went to the drive thru. As soon as I pulled up a German roach(the really bad easily infesting breed of roach) was at the drive thru window. I saw it as I was giving my card to the man. If I saw it sooner I would have just driven off. What made it worse was the food wrapped in the bag smelled more like an old filthy roach infested rat trap hotel than food. I tossed it in the trash. I didn't even taste on unwrap any of the individual food items ordered.
