  We ordered three large pizzas. When my husband arrived to pick them up, one of the pizzas had to be remade. Once we returned home, I discovered hair in my pizza. Because it was already late at night, I decided to call the next morning to speak with a manager. When I spoke with a manager who identified himself as Mr. English, instead of addressing my concern professionally, he questioned why I “waited until now” to call. While I was explaining that it was late when we received the order, he repeatedly interrupted me, saying “Roger that,” in a dismissive tone. He also stated that he needed to make sure his employees were safe, which felt inappropriate and accusatory, as I was simply reporting a food quality issue. The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. I was not hostile or disrespectful I only wanted to report the issue and seek resolution. Being spoken to in that manner was unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Pizza Hut pizza is our favorite so we go there all the time for takeout. Food is almost always perfect. Service has on occasion been pretty slow, but new management has improved that a little.

  I called t place a order and the guy that answered the phone was very rude and talked to me like I was getting on his nerves, very unprofessional
