I went through the drive thru and while I understand that it was at a busy time, good customer service shouldn’t be neglected in order for low drive times. Idk if the cashier for the drive thru name is actually Francisca, but the older African American lady was rude. She talked way too fast and with impatience that I was unable to finish my order and accidentally added on something without knowing because she spoke so fast. I did request the item off at the window and was met with same impatience. I understand working under busy conditions but going at a pace where everyone can easily understand is better, especially to avoid mistakes by everybody.
